Honest Trailers as Scriptwriting Tools

Honest Trailers - thescriptblog.com

Honest Trailers are great fun.

Maybe those filmmakers that get trashed by them wouldn’t agree, but they are fantastic.

That, though, is not the only reason why I’ll be making them part of this blog from now on.

The reason is that, through comedy, they point at story holes, characters flaws, inconsistencies and structure problems that reign in many films.

And that is pure screenwriting talk.

So, enjoy.
